- Cleaning - stickers off of walls, sap off of spoons and making your own cleaning products!
- Pregnancy and Childbirth

Here are some recipes that I use my oils in.
2 drops Wintergreen - helps in letting go of control
2 drops Cypress - teaches learning to go with the flow of life
Soft Scrub for Bath, Tile and Toilet
1/3 cup rounded baking soda
1/8 cup castile soap
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 TBSP water
4 drops Holiday Joy, On Guard, Purify, Melaleuca, Clove, Wild Orange, Eucalyptus or Lemon essential oil
Mix the baking soda and castile soap first, add the water and stir. Finally, add the vinegar. Consistency should be a soft paste.
Sensual Massage Blend
5 drops Patchouli
1 drop Cinnamon
1 TSBP Fractionated Coconut oil or lotion

Fast Fizzing Bath Bombs
1 cup citric acid*
1 cup baking soda
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup oil (almond oil, olive oil, dōTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil, etc.)
8-10 drops of your favorite essential oil(s)
silicone mold or saran wrap
* citric acid can be found at most major supermarkets in the canning section
1. In a bowl, combine citric acid, baking soda, cornstarch, and oil.
2. Add 8-10 drops of the essential oil(s) of your choice.
Note: Choose an essential oil to best suit your needs. The options are endless. For relaxation, try Lavender or Serenity. For a mood boost, try Wild Orange, Citrus Bliss, or Grapefruit. For a decongestant, try Eucalyptus or Breathe Respiratory Blend.
Asian Ginger Dressing
4 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. fresh ginger root, minced OR 1 drop doTERRA essential oil
* ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar
½ cup nama shoyu
3 Tbsp. honey
Blend all in BlendTec until honey is liquified and ginger root and garlic are well blended. *Optionally (less nutritious but more authentic), substitute organic, unrefined toasted sesame oil.
Delicious with shredded cabbage and toasted sesame seeds.
1 drop Cilantro oil
1 drop Lemon oil
